 There is nothing as refreshing and energizing as a freshly blended smoothie in the morning. Here is my go-to morning smoothie recipe. 

Dry ingredients

handful of sprouted almonds

1 tbsp flax, chia and hemp seeds

1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 tbsp goji berries

1 scoop collagen powder 

Wet ingredients

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries)

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 tbsp molasses

thin slice of lemon

1 cup of almond milk 

Blend until smooth & enjoy!
